Having to run from DV altercations with brother the 2 sisters supporting each other emotionally, and a 6 year old, find themselves in a refuge for women. The client has taken on responsibility for her adult sister with mental health issues while she herself has a hearing impairment and uses signing for communication.
Coming in for support, from living in tents after being evicted from a property the family have had nothing but ongoing crisis with family situations escalating.
Being homeless, The client has her furniture in storage and has had other costs associated with surviving. The client will engage with a Worker for ongoing budgeting information and empowerment.
