The person in need of a laptop is a teenager whose family fled their home country as refugees and have spent the initial part of their arrival rebuilding their lives. They are now enjoying the safety and opportunities that life in Australia has to offer, and have recently started at their local mainstream high school. This school requires all students to bring their own device, however due to financial hardship this young person's family cannot afford to purchase this on their own. Any assistance to provide a laptop would equip this young person with the tools they need to continue their education and build a happy life for themselves.
