Our organisation is a non-profit supporting refugees and migrants in North Queensland.
We are seeking gift vouchers to buy Christmas presents for children and young people from families who have fled high-conflict countries such as the Central African Republic, Congo, Myanmar, South Sudan, Afghanistan, Somali, Cameroon, and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
This initiative aims to bring joy to children who have experienced trauma, reduce loneliness for families far from home, foster connection and inclusion, and help new arrivals with limited resources celebrate the spirit of Christmas in Australia.
