Client is a 29 year old Aboriginal man who has been street homeless since early 2023 and has been cycling through rough sleeping on the streets and crisis accommodation since then. Whilst in crisis accommodation, he has finally secured long term case management support and his first permanent home but has nothing but the clothes he entered the service with and our program has no funding to cover household items. He has been very appreciative of any and all support and has made great strides towards more stable mental health and is looking positively towards the future
