This lady has anxiety and finds socialising difficult. This had led to tension with neighbours and those on the body corporate. She feels backed in a corner and has little resources (both people or money) to address the problems that have arisen. On this occasion a leak occurred from a bathroom above hers and left a pool of water in her bathroom ceiling. Before doing anything the body corporate committee (as advised by the body corporate manger) have asked for a plumber to report on the cause of the leak.
