67 year old vulnerable woman living in emergency accommodation needing support to re-establish her life
GIVIT
Individual has been living in emergency accommodation since Sept 2024. Her marriage of 22 broke down last year and she had moved into a private shared accommodation for 6 months before moving into emergency accommodation due to financial hardship. She was diagnosed with anxiety and depression and manages symptoms with medication. She has mobility difficulties and currently waiting for hip surgery. She was approved for public housing assistance and recently offered a property after months of waiting. Individual has no possessions except small personal belongings. She's been gathering donated household items from friends. She needs some help with grocery vouchers to help alleviate financial burdens.
