Client is 47 year old male experiencing homelessness for the past year.
GIVIT
Client has been in recovery from substances and homelessness since December 2024. Client has just been offered a 2-bedroom property with Office of Housing and is in the process of being reunited with his daughter in a shared custody arrangement. Client has been volunteering, accessing mental health support, applying for work as a peer worker and working with an AOD counsellor to ensure that he does not relapse. Client is grateful for any support he can receive in rebuilding his life again.
