Elderly lady had her fences damages and lost all her food in the fridge with two lots of power outages. She is restricted by movement and can't access community hubs due to her disability. She attempted to purchase a small generator which could not power her home entirely. She is on limited disability welfare payments and could use some support for food / perishables.
