This amazing 65yr old woman, who took on the full time care of both her grandkids after their mother was killed, has recently fled 45yrs of domestic violence with very little.
This woman has found her strength, and is now living a life free of domestic violence, however she is looking to rebuild her life from scratch, and although she cannot work due to significant domestic violence related injuries and has recently been approved for a DSP benefit.
This woman is volunteering at a local food bank to support other families struggling.
This selfless and brave woman is raising two primary aged children on her own, after experiencing significant violence for over 40yrs, and is still donating what little time she has to supporting others in similar situations.
This family need food and financial support, including vouchers to furnish a rental property, petrol vouchers etc. in order to relieve some of the financial stress associated with being a sole grandparent who cannot work
