Total impact flood waters in October / November 2022. Flooded again and displaced during October 2023 and December 2023 weather events. a laptop would significantly help resident organise and liaise with services and treatment/ applications.
Physical disability impacts daily living. resident is on pension and struggling financially. Resident is unable to work and is not able to access NDIS due to having a significant work injury he is battling work cover for a basic minimum wage , recent surgery has left him unable to walk and he goes days without eating. a laptop would assist him in his fight to access services and applications
