Young father lives in supported housing with his family made up of his partner and their two children who would like to assist himself and his 11-year-old to work out some of the male hormones and also loose a bit of excess weight.
They are alike in a lot of ways and can clash a little. They currently go for walks and drives together and find it easier to talk and go over issues during this time. When asked how we can help with this he said he wished he could afford a gym membership.
He said he can see himself going to the gym and maybe his son attending with him evenly as there is probably an age issue, He also would like to show his son how physical activity helps him cope with his issues and how it also can improve his weight.
