Elderly resident living alone has been affected by two storm events in recent months, losing all food on both occasions

Resident was affected by February 2024 storms and recent September events. She experienced huge power outages and lost significant amount of food which she had not been able to recoup ever since. She is on limited income and had some outbuildings and debris affect her property. She finds working on her property and gardens therapeutic and assists her with her stress associated with the storm events. She could use some assistance to allow her to focus on her therapeutic activities.
