Support Needed for a Single Mother with Chronic Health Issues and Five Children

Single mother who is doing her best to care for her five young children while facing ongoing and severe health challenges. She is committed to improving her circumstances by attending TAFE and work towards employment, but her health issues are currently a significant barrier.
She is living with diabetes and a serious heart condition, which have led to severe swelling in her feet and legs. The swelling causes her intense pain and limits her mobility—she is often unable to walk properly. Her feet are bruised and swollen, and she cannot find footwear that fits, which has resulted in her being largely confined to her home. This situation not only worsens her physical pain but also leaves her feeling isolated and overwhelmed.
She urgently needs support to improve circulation in her legs and reduce swelling, which would help her regain mobility and lessen her pain. With this assistance, she could continue her studies, improve her health, and work towards providing a stable future
