A 52-year-old woman is currently living in a domestic violence situation, where she is subjected to both financial and emotional abuse. Throughout her life, she has endured significant family trauma, including the tragic loss of two of her children, which has deeply affected her emotional well-being and ability to cope at times.
Her daily life is further impacted by ongoing financial hardship and destructive behavior from other family members, who have damaged her property. As a result, she is now living in a house without furniture or the basic essentials required for a safe and functional home environment.
She has recently become a client of mine to receive the additional support she needs in rebuilding her resilience and gaining confidence. Each day presents new challenges as she navigates life, often feeling isolated and unsupported by her family. Her sense of being isolated from the choices she’s made about how she wants to live, leaving her feeling misunderstood.
