Assist a single mother to pursue her dream of studying

My client is a mother of two children with additional needs. One child has been diagnosed with ADHD and Autism. The other child has been diagnosed with ADHD.
Mum fell pregnant at a young age and feels she has missed her opportunity to participate in study and engage in the workforce. She has been a stay-at-home mother for the last 12 years and would like to finally give back to herself by pursing study.
However, the family live pay-check to pay-check and cannot afford the large expense of a laptop to support mum to pursue online study. Online study will allow her to continue her parenting and carer duties, whilst building her skill set, confidence and allowing her to be more self sufficient.
