57-year-old Aboriginal male with severe cognitive impairment and diagnosed mental health conditions. He is currently homeless and often sleeps at the local cemetery or park. He has experienced significant trauma and has been the victim of family domestic violence. He is in a position of significant financial hardship. He is engaged with support services who are trying to get him NDIS support. He has recently been discharged from hospital for mental health purposes.
