21 year old woman is caring for her sister, who has been in foster care since age 10 after both parents became homeless and struggled with drug addiction. She previously lived with a brother who has psychosis. She is currently seeking foster care approval for her sister. She has a history of domestic violence and faces mental health challenges, receiving support from youth allowance, a physical and mental health disability pension. They live together on a very limited income, with only some furniture provided by a friend who will soon be moving out. Her sister is studying at TAFE to become a youth worker. They are in need of essential furniture and household items to support their living situation. Any assistance we can offer her would be greatly appreciated.
