After being homeless from the 2022 floods and being in temporary accommodation for over 10 months, this family of 5 have been really struggling financially. The mum is a casual teacher and has not worked over the 7 week Cristmas break. This has added to the family's financial hardship. They rent their current home but it is currently going up for Auction, so we will have relocation costs and bond costs soon when forced to move out in a very tight market. Two of the children have special needs, and all 3 children have ongoing trauma from the floods of 2022.
