70 year old woman urgently needing support to maintain independence and dignity

This 70-year-old woman is managing multiple chronic health issues and frequently in and out of hospital for treatment. Despite her determination to stay independent, her mobility and balance have declined, making it nearly impossible to stand and shower safely. She lives in temporary housing and spent six months in hospital last year due to severe bone issues caused by osteoporosis. Since discharge, she’s had no ongoing support or access to therapy, as she cannot afford private care. Efforts to locate previous OT assessments have been unsuccessful, delaying any government-funded assistance. While she is being connected with My Aged Care, the process is slow. A shower chair would provide immediate relief, allowing her to maintain her hygiene, independence, and sense of dignity—key to preserving her mental and emotional wellbeing. Support for this lady would be greatly appreciated.
