Single mother of 2 daughters who have complex medical conditions is in need of support. Family unit is currently homeless - couch surfing between family/friends. Mother is blind/low vision and needing support to have her iPhone replaced and is experiencing ongoing financial hardship. Reports that her phone to almost 10 years old and is not compatible with the required applications to assist her to navigate independently with her low vision. Reports that her phone is not able to be updated anymore and is too slow to use day to day. Reports that her phone is extremely important to be able to navigate the health needs of her daughters.
