Client has recently faced a series of challenging events that have left him in need of support. After living in a rental in Ballina for three years, he was forced to move due to circumstances beyond his control, which left him temporarily homeless. Shortly after, he broke his ankle and spent some time in hospital, preventing him from working and leaving him without an income. While he was in hospital, all of his belongings left in his previous home were unfortunately stolen. He has now been offered a pod in a Pod Village for people affected by the 2022 floods and Tropical Cyclone Alfred, but his new accommodation is missing essential items, including kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies. Any financial assistance will make a meaningful difference in helping him regain independence and create a safe, functional living space.
