16-year-old who has just become a new mum. Young mum is currently without any independent income to support herself and her baby. Young mum is having difficulty obtaining ID due to recently finding out her own birth was not registered and now living in a different state. Due to complexities and the time the process takes it is leaving the young family vulnerable and not able to access critical services. Young mum is having to rely on others for nappies and formula for her baby. Any support would be greatly appreciated
