Client is desperate for some window eaves or hooding to allow the windows to be open when it's raining so the rain doesn't come into the home. She is a lung cancer survivor and really suffers in the heat. She cannot afford air conditioning. The cheapest option is to install some window protection so she can still keep the windows open when it's raining. The dept. Housing won't pay for this, and she cannot afford it on her pension.
