Couple with adult son still living at home were affected by floodwater

family had home and contents damaged by flood water from creek along with septic leaking and mud, they have only just been informed of givit and not sure if they have done a claim but I explained if they've done one this one will be deleted. Waiting for builders to come and fix things which was damaged have moved in with the lady's parents for the time being. Saw photos of the home from the flood damage
