A single elderly man, who was living in his deceased brothers house. His brother built the house 30 years ago and passed last year. He was staying there as a care taker of the property while it was going through probate. On the day of the fire he ran for his life, he had no time to gather any belongings.
He has lost all of his shoes and clothing, he really needs help with a Kmart voucher so that he can buy new clothing.
