The client was abandoned by his partner (with 2 children) after acquiring a brain injury due to an accident 12 years ago. He has been working hard to rebuild his life however has slipped through the cracks of accessing support services over the years. Client is currently living with a friend however they have now been advised they have to move out of their private rental and his friend's circumstances have changed and the client is not able to share with them after the move. The Client only owns a chair, microwave and kettle. We are seeking a TV as this is something that he can use now and is easy to move when he does secure a private rental. Client has been on the waiting list for public housing for quite some time now and unfortunately will need to obtain a private rental which will most likely be costly not leaving the client any funds to furnish his house. We will be seeking other household donations once the client find somewhere to live. Your donation would appreciated.
