This client was 17 and sleeping in a car when she first moved into our homeless shelter. She was kicked out of home at 16 by her mother and had been alone and experiencing homelessness ever since. Throughout this time she was experiencing family and domestic violence while juggling her school attendance and her employment.
This client has expressed gratitude towards the services that have helped her through these numerous adversities. This client would like to start studying to become a support worker so she can help the community in ways that she has received support. To do so she requires access to a laptop.
