The tenant is a 60yo male and lives in Karratha where it is extremely hot for many months of the year. His severe neuropathy causes severe pain to the point he is bedridden and causes severe mental health. Even when he sweats the pain can be excrutiating and Public Housing does not supply air conditioning. There is an old box system is not working correctly and a floor model would suit him much better. Have this air con unit would significantly improve the tenants quality of life, which is currently impacted greatly by his medical condition and mental health.
