Single mum with a toddler from CALD background. The mother has been successful in obtaining casual employment, however the money earnt is not enough and the family is experiencing financial hardship. This young first time mother has commenced engaging with services to build on her parenting knowledge, reduce social isolation and build community connections. She states that she deeply misses and worries about her husband's safety due to ongoing military conflict in their country of origin. She hopes that one day they will be together again and can build a safe secure future for their son in Australia.
