37 year old single father experiencing long term homelessness for over a year after being hospitalised for an extended period of time for a head injury. Upon his release from hospital this individual had no long term accommodation due to a relationship breakdown and required intensive rehabilitation to relearn his speech and motor skills. He has been unable to sustain employment and financially stabilise himself enough to acquire long term accommodation resulting in 12 months of rough sleeping and couch surfing. He has two young sons aged 4 and 5 who he has regular visitation with and he requires financial assistance to purchase them Christmas gift and ensure his current living circumstances do not impact their wellbeing.
