Pensioner with chronic health conditions has had home declared as uninhabitable due to a freak electrical fire in unit complex. Currently staying in emergency accommodation only adding to financial hardship.
Awaiting a full hazmat clean of unit to be able to return, majority of personal and household items will need disposing of due to toxic residue from electrical fire.
