Client is low-income (Centrelink) and is primary carer to her sister who has a diagnosed disability. Client is a single mother to her children. Client has been impacted by the rise of cost of living. Client has identified that her primary school aged child requires counselling support due to being exposed to domestic violence. Client's child will be attending an initial specialist counselling appointment in the coming weeks however the counsellor is based a 2 hour round trip from client's home. Client has identified the cost of fuel to travel to counselling as a barrier as she is struggling financially. Client requires support to access vouchers for fuel. Grocery vouchers would also assist the client at this time.
