This family has endured extraordinary challenges. A single mother fled violence overseas to protect her children and start a new life. Since arriving in Australia, she has faced housing instability, serious health issues, and financial hardship while caring for her two young children. Despite these obstacles, she has completed further study and is preparing for work placement to secure employment and provide a safe home. Your support will help this family move toward stability and give the children the security and opportunities they deserve.

How it's helped before

I am writing to personally thank 'GIVIT' for a generous 'Simply Groceries eGift card' voucher that I was gifted, with $100 worth of essential spending money for my family & I to utilise at our own discretion. I can happily report this donation has assisted the purchase of a basic, solo, wifi security camera, with the excess going toward food for my teenage daughter who is currently taken on responsibilities around our home while I recover in a rehabilitation centre. Thank you for this kind gesture, as it has helped to improve security measures around our home & support my daughter to purchase daily essential items such as groceries, basic hygiene & cleaning products.
