Mum Rebuilding After Floods and Fighting for Her Kids’ Future

A mother who lost everything in the 2022 floods is now living in emergency accommodation with her two young autistic children and managing PTSD from the trauma. Her 5-year-old son has recently started self-harming due to stress, and her phone – her lifeline, her only way to access NDIS supports, services, and emergency help – was destroyed during a meltdown.
We’re urgently seeking a working smartphone (or laptop) so she can stay connected to her children’s support team and manage essential life tasks. Vouchers would be preferred, but physical items would also help and be appreciated.
With your support, she can keep her kids safe and continue rebuilding her life.
