Teenage mum baby 3 weeks old in financial hardship

Young teenage mum recently given birth has 3-week-old baby. Young person has had a history of transience and risk-taking behaviour. Young person has returned home and living with family and is engaging well with support services to work on the safety and stability of her and her baby. Pregnancy was high risk with young person having to attend specialist appointments of significant distance away from home and frequent antenatal appointments. Teenage mum currently without any income currently while she is awaiting Centrelink processes and any financial assistance would be greatly appreciated.
