Our client is an aboriginal young man estranged from his family due to lack of safety around drug misuse since he was 15. He has significant mental health issues and has become isolated and fearful, lacking trust in others.
He has support from youth justice until Oct 2026 and we are arranging counselling and a mentor to assist him moving forward as well as applying for rent assistance and unable to live at home allowance.
He needs a bed, a chest of drawers. side table and clothes and maybe some food to help get him started. Any assistance would be amazing.
