Our Client is a devoted father of four who has demonstrated remarkable resilience in his recovery journey. After completing an alcohol and other drugs (AOD) program, he has worked tirelessly to rebuild his life and re-establish meaningful relationships with his children—a 13-year-old boy, a 7-year-old son, a 2-year-old son, and a 1-year-old daughter—who he shares with their mothers. His commitment to recovery has enabled him to maintain regular contact with all of his children, creating stability and presence in their lives. Recently, he was allocated a two-bedroom house, marking a significant milestone in his recovery journey and his ability to provide a safe space for his children to visit and stay. However, the property is currently unfurnished, which presents a considerable barrier to creating a welcoming, functional home environment where his children can feel comfortable and cared for.
