Young single male in his first home now facing eviction this holiday season

Young man facing homelessness due to inability to maintain his rental home. Currently being investigated for medical diagnosis that may explain the challenges encountered to maintain a home. The rental property is extremely unhygienic with rubbish covering all floors, benchtops and furniture. Legal process for eviction has commenced, however the landlord is willing to allow time for the issues to be rectified. Support services are in place to educate and provide motivation.
