Watching someone return each day to open and dry their house out and then sit amongst the stripped wall and pulled up flooring is heartbreaking. But add old age, loss of hearing and navigating everything is overwhelming to say the least. This gentlemen, house has dried out and he has done what his funds can stretch to, he has done his best but need hot water, some building materials, a fridge and recliner to finish off the final steps and he will be back into his home, feeling safe and calm again.
