Elderly consumer on a Centrelink aged pension who was significantly affected due to house damage caused from the storm event in 2024. This consumer had to replace the internal contents himself, and now his washing machine has broken down and he needs to purchase another one, as he is trying to wash by hand. This consumer is already in financial hardship and would really appreciate grocery vouchers, as he can then put the money he saves on groceries towards a new washing machine.
