80-Year-old woman who lives alone. She recently had a fall and broke some ribs. Not being able to get around properly and the pain she is in has made her very depressed.
She is under extreme financial pressure. She is struggling to pay her electricity, and Optus has suspended her phone meaning she is unable to make outgoing calls. To get to appointments she requires the use of taxis which is a financial issue. She is finding it very hard to pay bills, look after herself with basic needs & look after her 2 cats with food and litter.
Her son is 50 and has bowel cancer, he is unemployed and struggling financially himself, so he is unable to help.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
