This young mum has come form a very violent relationship, having just given birth to a little girl, she has found herself homeless. Department of Child Protection have been working with the mum and have told her that she can not go back to the partner. This effectively leaves her homeless.
Mum has been working closely with agencies, however no agency has the funding to assist with temp accommodation. Mums quickly becoming depressed and worries hard for her baby, She used the only money she had last Friday night to pay for accommodation for a couple of nights. this runs out tomorrow, she will not receive more money for another 9 days. Feeling very frightened and alone she is seriously thinking of going back to the violence, so that herself and baby wont sleep rough on the streets. She has no family here that can assist her
Ideally we are hoping to get her extended stay until after Christmas if anyone can help us.
