House roof ripped off - No insurance - Elderly Carer - VIC Winter is coming

My client is in desperate need. The February storms hit her home in Mirboo North and devastated the town. The roof was ripped off, all that remains is the brickwork. Frame, roof iron and trusses all need to be replaced to current regulations. There was no insurance so the cost falls to my client to repair her home of 30 years.. She is a full time carer for her mother. Currently residing in a caravan on her property with her dog. Majority of her belongings have been taken to the tip, due to water and storm damage. We are asking for help with the essentials, such as fuel, food, clothing, bedding, furniture. All available funds have been exhausted. Winter is coming and her mental health and stress levels are alarmingly high. Overwhelmed with the stress of organising repair of her home, and to manage the care of her dependent mother.
