A mother and her adult daughter have been sleeping rough for some time and are suffering from lack of supports due to personal items being stolen. The daughter suffers from a long-term medical condition which requires daily monitoring using a specialised app on their phone. At present, they do not have the means to recharge a phone. Moreover, they have had the specialised phone stolen. They are hoping to be sponsored for a portable phone charger, as well as a replacement phone.
