Young Person is currently navigating complex housing stressors with their twin-sister due to ongoing instability following the passing of their father. As they approach turning 18 years-of-age, our service is hoping to provide them additional assistance towards their basic health & wellbeing needs.
YP is currently living within a semi-rural location facing challenges to access the community and obtain consistency within their living environment. YP has recently experienced increased challenges with their previous housemates/co-tenants moving from their residence and taking all the communal furniture. They are continuing to work through the loss of their father and ongoing grief.
As Christmas approaches and YP beings to transition out of community-based programs, we are hoping to provide them with basic essentials (care package) including toiletries to avoid any future hardship she may experience.
YP would be extremely grateful for any community support.
