A gentleman who is struggling with ongoing health issues, from his poor eye health, that has seen him undergo multiple eye operations which has not fixed the issue, seeing my client having to hand in his license, so he no longer can drive, resulting in a loss of independence. Whilst most recently whilst having eye surgery my client's tooth was knocked out, leaving him with another financial burden to get the missing tooth fixed. Two years ago, my client was assaulted during a road rage incident, which has impacted on his confidence and resilience to get through his ongoing health needs. Shortly after the assault to the head my client was diagnosed with a brain tumour, which required surgery and radiation, which has impacted on my client's memory as he now suffers from daily fatigue, with a loss of energy and loss of weight that he is struggling to regain after the radiation. Any supports for my client to help whist he is on his recovery journey would be appreciated.
