Grandmother raising 5 grandchildren in need of some support to provide items for ever growing children.

This is a grandmother who is currently raising 5 of her grandchildren due to their own parents' addiction.
Grandmother has stepped in to support the children keeping the family together and providing a safe, stable and loving environment. During this process they have lost many of their possessions and grandmother is working hard to rebuild things such as clothes and shoes.
The children range in age from 6 to 15 years.
Grandmother is accessing supports and is very proactive in identifying what the children need and how best to support them in this however she is financially strained.
