Vinnies provide intensive crisis support to seven single mothers and their children's who are living in transitional accommodation (owned by the Dept of Housing) and managed by Vinnies. The duration is based on their needs and will extend until they secure long term housing solutions. These families have lived experiences of complexed trauma and daily experience challenges relating to financial hardship, no transport, low education and unemployment opportunities and family and domestic violence.
I am requesting 7 x $100 vouchers to assist mothers with providing healthy nutritional food for the Christmas period for them and their children and a present if funds permit.
