A man currently residing in temporary accommodation has been working tirelessly to construct a granny flat on a friend’s property, overcoming numerous challenges to make this goal a reality. He has now completed the build and is ready to move into his long-term housing. However, having invested all of his income into the construction, he is facing significant barriers—most notably, the lack of essential furniture and whitegoods. He is seeking additional support to help him settle into the property, where he will be living with his daughter, with whom he shares custody.
