Single mother recently hospitalised and unable to pay for medical devices necessary

This person has recently migrated from NZ with her daughter to start a better life, however has been hospitalised for the last 2 months due to physical illness. She now has such limited mobility that she is unable to do any personal care tasks without assistance. She is unable to work so is on Centrelink benefits and is ineligible for NDIS or Aged Care assistance, so cannot access the at home supports she needs. She can get some family assistance but cannot afford the medical aids she needs to make herself comfortable and mobile at home.
